At the end of his current tour that has included Japan and the USA, President Saleh will start on Sunday an official visit to France in reply to the French President Chirac's invitation.
During the visit, president Saleh will hold talks with French president Jacques Chirac about the means of strengthening the bilateral relations between the two countries and the international and regional developments, Yemeni ambassador to France Mohammed Basalamah said.
President Saleh will meet, in the visit, some senior officials in the government such as Dominique Puche, foreign minister Philippe Douste Blazy, interior minister Nicolas Sarkozy, defense minister Michele Alliot Marie and will visit the French Senate council to discuss the issues pertaining to Yemeni-French cooperation relations.
Saleh will also meet the French businessmen and investors to discuss the ways of enhancing the economic and trade cooperation and activate the private sector in the two countries, according to Basalamah.
The Yemeni ambassador added that Saleh also would participate in the ceremony of the 60th anniversary to establish UNSCO to which Saleh would deliver a speech.
