almotamar.net Saba - SANAA-The republic of Yemen has called Saturday on the UN Security Council, the European Union and the quartet committee for urgent intervention to stop the criminal acts and savage human massacres the Israeli army is perpetrating against the defenseless Palestinian people in Gaza Strip.
An official source at the Yemeni ministry of foreign affairs stressed the importance of taking an Arab stand towards the Israeli carnages and supporting the Palestinian people in confronting these criminal acts aimed at imposition o0f Israeli unilateral solutions on the Palestinians and to make for defeats of the Israeli war machine before the national resistance in Lebanon and Palestine.
The source demanded the UN Security Council to call to account Israel for the crimes it is committing against the Palestinians, in violation of the international law and human rights and to take deterrent decisions against it under the 7th chapter of the UN charter.
The source warned that the dubious silence regarding the terror of the state of Israel will lead the region to more violence, indicating at the same time to negligence of the international community of the unsightly crimes practices by the Israeli soldiers and that it will open the door before growing of extremism and terror. The source has meanwhile praised steadfastness of the Palestinian people and sticking to unity of their stand against the Israeli arrogance and violence.
