almotamar.net - The Shoura Council called Monday on the government to carry out its duties for ending the rebellion in Saada in a final way pursuant to the constitution and the law in the manner guaranteeing consolidation of security and stability and general safety in all areas of the country and to safeguard the rights of the state and the citizens' life and possessions..

In a session held for discussing the developments in Saada attended by the minister of interior and head of the National Security Apparatus the council stressed the importance of measures taken by the state versus that sedition as part of what the duty dictates.

Chairman of the Shoura Council Abdulaziz Abdulghani said the terrorist al-Houthi and his group want by their acts to put the country in conflicts that are going on in the region in context of a plot aimed at dismembering the nation's entity and in service of external interests. He also affirmed that the terrorist and his group form the most dangerous threat to the homeland and they should be dealt with severe resolution. He said they machinate their evil conspiracies under internal and external support, conducting contacts with external groups receiving from them material support, which is no longer a secret. Mr Abdulghani added that group and since its first rebellion in a number of Saada districts in the mid of 2004 through the second rebellion and to the present one, wanted it a sectarian sedition inflicting the greatest damage on the national unity. Abdulghani said the state offered many political options to the terrorist group so that its members get integrated into the society and to live as good citizens practicing their normal rights by peaceful and legitimate means guaranteed by the constitution and the law.

On their part the minister of interior Dr Rasha al-Alimi and Mr Ali Mohammed al-A'nisi head of the National Security have reviewed developments of the ongoing events in the governorate of Saada and the efforts exerted by the state to face and contain that sedition within the dictates of the duty of protecting security, stability and social peace.

After the Shoura Council's discussions of what was resented by the government side the members affirmed the necessity of respecting the national constants especially those related to security and stability of the homeland and preservation of the national unity.
