Almotamar.net - An official source at the Yemen ministry of defence expre3ssed Friday his regret for the Yemen Socialist Party (YSP)'s news website and its organ Al-Thawri newspaper for going too far enjoying publication of misleading lies on the confrontations ongoing in with the terrorist elements in some areas of Saada, the latest of which what was published in the latest issue of al-Thawri of fabricated photos depicting mass graves in Iraq and alleging they were from Saada. The source said the aim behind those photos is to deform facts and mislead the public opinion inside and outside in addition to lies published against armed forces and security to deform their reputation and sacrifices.
The source said "allegations and lies concerning some terrorist elements entering the republican palace in Saada are bur disappointing hopes of secessionist leaderships in the YSP that try to reciprocate those elements that supported them in the summer of 1994 when the started their secession."
The source added the ministry of defence will preserve its legal right in requesting accountability against those in charge of the YSP website and Al-Thawsri newspaper for the lies they are publishing.
