almotamar.net - The permanent committee of the General People's Congress (PC) in the governorate of Rima demanded the executive authorities there to complete implementation of floundering development projects.
During the holding of its ordinary session chaired by the GPC assistant secretary general for the economic sector Yahya al-Ra'ee it affirmed that the organisation has entered a new stage and to conclude the organisation activity. In his speech at the meeting Al-Ra'ee emphasized the great attention the political leadership renders to Rima governorate that entertains high status. He said the president Ali Abdullah Saleh declaration of Rima a governorate is a confirmation on this governorate status.
Al-Ra'ee also reviewed the more important stages and steps Yemen has experienced and its stand and vision of the GPC towards those political issues.
On his part the supervisor of the governorate, the member of the GPC General Committee Ali Salem al-Khadmi said the new stage requires fro all to exert all efforts and work because " we are in front of a critical crossroads in the homeland and heading foe important dues." He added "we cannot build unless we get united and the work in the GPC needs joining forces as the tasks on our shoulders are great as it is the ruling party in Yemen."
Head of the GPC branch in the governorate Sheikh Mohammed Abdeh Murad, member of the permanent committee reviewed earlier a report prepared by leadership of the branch detailing activity of each office and then opened discussion and listening to comments of participants in the meeting.
