Almotamar.net - Yemen's scholars addressed a called to terrorists in Saada Thursday in which they grunted them a final respite to lay down their weapons, discard rebellion and return to their houses similar to other citizens and they have a guarantee from the president of the republic and the religious scholars. In case of not responding to this call the state's legitimate duty is to kill them to stave of their evil and exterminate their sedition. Althea sons of Yemen have to stand as one rank against them and it is not allowed for anyone to help them in any kind.

The scholars of Yemen considered what is going on in Saada by the rebels as great danger threatening the nation and its unity and stability as it causes bloodshed. Panicking the safe people and instigating fanaticism and the return of the nation to division.

At the end of the Yemen Scholars Conference a statement was issued describing what is going on in Saada as armed mutiny where a group of citizens has come out with arms confronting the state in violation of all religious and national constants and supporting their rebellion with ideas alien to the Yemeni Muslim society.

The scholars statement mentioned that the political leadership has empowered the scholars to take what they see of measures, whish is a trust that must be realized in word and action after the state has done of direct dialogue, mediation committees from various social segments, general pardon, compensation for what they lost, reconstruction of what were destroyed of houses because of their edition and provided them with the opportunity to establish a political entity to express their opinions and to reach what they aim at, whether to attain power or to change mistakes within the Islamic, constitutional and legal reference and the republican system.

The scholars also called on leaders of the rebellion and their followers to return to the right path, lay down weapons. Leaving rebellion and aggression and to surrender their weapons for sparing their blood and the blood of others. They also urged the state to treat the sedition with wisdom as it has started and to mitigate suffering of the wounded and displaced until they return to their homes safely. The scholars called on Yahya al-Houthi to abandon bringing enmity of foreign countries, twisting facts and exposing his society to those who exploit events to violate the sovereignty of the society and its security and stability and to return home. They praised the stands of the armed forces and security troops who are doing their religious and national duty in protecting the homeland and its unity, security and stability and the scholars appreciate for them their great sacrifices.

The conference set up a committee from its members to follow up carrying out its resolutions and recommendations and the conference will be in a state of convention until the rebellion is eliminated and the conditions return to the situation before it.
