Almotamar.net - Political parties and organisations represented in parliament approved in their 5th dialogue session held Wednesday at Al-Mithaq Institute to sign the document of controls and guarantees of dialogue next Saturday provided that the document to be distributed among representatives of the partied on Thursday.
In their dialogue meeting today chaired by secretary general of the General People's Congress (GPC) ruling party Abdulqader Bajammal agreed on the final form of the document after discussion of some remarks on the previous meeting on 4 April's minutes.
The GPC secretary general confirmed that the dialogue was a national dialogue at this historic stage, saying " We wanted a necessity rather than a chance and a national duty all of shoulder its responsibility." He went on saying " We have experience in the past period a two-month of serious and constructive discussions and work of the three-member committee produced preparation of document of controls and reaching common visions, " stressing that the document is not absolute or final but it provides opportunity for dialogue and as the president of the republic said it is open to all issues except those related to national and ideological constants.
He added "All of us realize that diversity under the unity is the foundation of the democratic unitary action." Mr. Bajammal affirmed that all at the meeting are equal in their ideological and political presentations and there is no superiority to anyone.
The meeting read minutes of the previous session and was approved with containing some remarks and the meeting was enriched with remarks by the political parties attending the dialogue.
The meeting was attended for the GPC by the secretary general, assistant secretary general for political affairs Abdulrahman Al-Akwa, Yaser Al-Awadhi, member of the general committee, head of the technical office, Mohammed Hussein al-Aidarous, member of the general committee, head of Al-Mithaq Institute, Nasser Al-Attar, head of the legal office and Abdulqawi Al-Shamiri, deputy head of the information office.
