Almotamar.net - Tourism Director General in the governorate of Lahj Mohammed Abdulrahman said his office is carrying out field visits to 12 tourist sites as a first stage and gathering information on each tourist site.
The official told almotamar.net Wednesday that the work requires their preparation for tourist investment, adding that important information will be gathered and presented to the Ministry of Tourism during this month.
Mr Abdulrahman called the local authority in the governorate for support and assistance for the implementation of the field visits of those tourist sites for the purpose of developing the tourist investment. He added that the visits are part of a plan by the Ministry of Tourism aimed at enhancing tourist development and encouraging investment as well as presenting a clear vision and information on tourist sites that are prepared for investment in the governorate.
