Almotamar.net - Participants in the general conference of the Yemeni Lawyers Union (YLU) on Sunday condemned the terrorist and destructive accts perpetrated by the followers of Abdulmalik al-Houthi in Saada governorate and expressed their condemnation of all the attempts aimed at destabilizing the national unity and impingement on security and stability of the homeland.
The conferees appealed for all sides and organisations of the civil society as well as social personalities to stand up to such attempts for the objective of protecting the national unity. They have expressed their support for all the offices and efforts for stopping the bloodshed and establishment of peace in Saada governorate.
The conferees condemned in their closing statement all forms of terror and called for considering its causes and working for remedying them in addition to the necessity of not confusing between terror and Islamic religion that calls for forgiveness and stabilization of abandoning extremism. They stressed there must be a distinguish between terror and the peoples' rightful right to resist occupation and aggression, condemning the crimes of genocide against humanity perpetrated by Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinian people in the West bank and Gaza Strip.
