Almotamar.net - Official sources at the Ministry of Interior affirmed Wednesday the arrest of five elements of rebellion and terror in the district of Bani Hushaish that were arrested on Tuesday. Thus, the number of the captured insurgents in the past few weeks has risen to 45.
While the sources did not clarify whether the arrested elements were among the list of the wanted to security authorities, the sources [pointed out that one of the five surrendered to deputy security chief of the area and the other four surrendered themselves to one of the sheikhs of Bani Hushaish district, who in turn turned them over to security authorities.
According to the Security Information Centre, security authorities praised cooperation of sheikhs and figures of the district in the campaign the security carrying out to arrest remnants of the Houthi elements.
The Interior Ministry had earlier circulated a security guide containing 70 names of persons accused of committing criminal and sabotage acts and affiliation to banned organisations aiming at violation of security and stability .
On the other hand the son of Hussein Badrudin al-Houthi had advised rebel elements in Saada to surrender to the state without any conditions, indicating there should not be conditions between the state and its citizens. Abdullah Hussein al-Houthi condemned in an interview to Al-Thawra Newspaper on Monday condemned practices of the insurgent elements in Saada, affirming it was not permissible to act against the state and violation of the law and order and there must not be a state inside the state.
