Almotamar.net - The leaders of the Arab parties condemned strongly on Saturday the secessionist calls unleashed by rancorous elements with the aim of impinging on the Yemeni unity, considering the Yemeni unity as an important gain for the sons of the entire Arab nation.
The closing statement issued by the 5th general conference of the Arab parties concluded in the Syrian capital Damascus on Saturday said the conferees emphasize the necessity of joint action for uniting the Arab homeland and they refuse any tendency towards secession in any Arab country.
The statement said the conferees consider the secessionist calls as destructive and do not serve the nation's interest but rather the interest of the colonialist and aim to disintegrate the Arab nation as people, land and human.
The statement added that the Yemeni unity founded on firm democracy does not accept impinging upping upon it, calling for the Yemeni political parties an organisations to sit to dialogue table to enhance the work according to the constitutions and pluralism , to protect the Yemeni gains and facing any crises and dangers and challenges facing Yemen.
The statement stressed the necessity that all should realize that the unity and democracy are the ceiling for any demanding rights and not to accept raising arms for imposing any demands, confirming the must of adopting dialogue as a foundation to solve any problem in any Arab country in the way leading to block the way against the foreign interference and to seek power from it.
