Almotamar.net, Saba - The cabinet warned on Tuesday the citizens against harboring and supporting terrorists to avoid to be harmed as a result of the security operations or be used as human shields by the terrorists.
In its weekly meeting, the cabinet reviewed Interior Minister's report on the security situation and its developments in the country, particularly those associated with the recent qualitative operations carried out by the security forces against al-Qaeda cells in al-Mahfad district in Abyan province and Arhab district in Sana'a.
The cabinet praised the committee formed by President Ali Abdullah Saleh, chaired by Abyan governor, for fact-finding on the successful pre-emptive security strike in al-Majala areas, Abyan province.
Meanwhile, the cabinet renewed the government's support to the security bodies and the functions they do to fight against all forms of crime and terrorism, stressing the importance of continuation of such operations to hit with an iron hand on terrorists wherever they are to enhance security and stability in the country.
