Almotamar.net - Masked gunmen following al-Shanfara and Shalal Ali Shaei perpetrated terrorist acts and, separate attacks and aggressions on trade shops in the city of Al-Dhalie on Sunday to prevent owners from practicing their work by using guns and opening fire on any shop owner trying to open his shop and force him at gunpoint to close.

Eyewitnesses related that armed elements in al-Dhalie opened fire on some checkpoints and Al-Dhalie security administration this morning and on security patrols using different kinds of weapons.

Meanwhile, government offices committed to work hours, including courts and prosecution in the provincial capital of the province and other districts and the average of students’ attending schools reached 90%. Some families prevented their sons from going to school fear from violence by the movement group and criticized absence of security. Some of the movement elements opened fire on schools that aroused panic among the students.

Only some of shop owners were affected by theses acts while markets continued their work in addition to passenger buses.

Local sources indicated that the secessionist movement failed when the masses in the southern provinces did not pat any attention to the call for a civilian disobedience on Sunday morning as it greatly failed in al southern provinces except in two districts of Al-Dhalie and Hubailain and the movement used frightening and opening fire to force people to march even if in a little amount.
