Almotamar Net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh arrived on Tuesday in Riyadh on an official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 
During the visit, President Saleh would hold talks with the Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz over the close relations between the two brotherly countries and the horizons of development and expansion of the joint cooperation in all fields.

Almotamar.net, Saba - President Ali Abdullah Saleh arrived on Tuesday in Riyadh on an official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the visit, President Saleh would hold talks with the Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz over the close relations between the two brotherly countries and the horizons of development and expansion of the joint cooperation in all fields.

The two leaders would also review the last developments at the regional and international arenas and the issues that concern the two countries and the nation and the coordination of the two countries positions towards those issues.

Speaking to the Yemeni and Saudi media, President Saleh expressed his pleasure for visiting the kingdom, saying "This visit comes within the framework of developing the distinct brotherly relations with the kingdom, with which we have historical ties based on the close kinship, interests, and good neighborliness."

President Saleh made it clear that his talks with the King Abdullah would deal with means of boosting the brotherly relations and areas of joint cooperation between the two brotherly countries and the current regional, Arab and international developments, topped by the efforts aiming to activate and enhance the Arab solidarity especially with the nearness of the Arab summit expected to be held by end of the next March in Libya.

"I have pleasure to express my thanks and appreciation to the King Abdullah for his positions and keenness to support Yemen's security ,stability and unity and his big support to the efforts of development in Yemen", Saleh said.

He added: "We confirm our keenness to encourage the Saudi investments in Yemen and they will enjoy all support and care so as to strengthen the partnership and the mutual interests".

President Saleh concluded that this visit would work on promoting the brotherly relations at the various levels and would achieve the desired goals and purposes of the two brotherly peoples of Yemen and Saudi Arabia.
