Almotamar.net - An information source at the General People’s Congress (GPC) ruling party in Yemen has on Monday denounced allegations of the Joint Meting Parties (JMP) and their calls for expressing solidarity of the sabotage secessionist elements that are violating the law and order. The source said Monday, “That is not a surprise with regard of those parties in voicing such false allegations and to express that contradicting opportunist stand which reflects the state of political corruption in which they are drowned.”
The source said that regretfully the JMP has abandoned the national responsibility and relished the game of igniting fires and seditions in the homeland where those parties were not happy about stopping the military operations in Saada and the establishment of peace , the security forces performance of their duties for keeping security and stability in some areas of some southern and eastern provinces , securing roads , protection of public and private property and chasing the elements violating the law and order , those elements that are used to committing acts violence and sabotage and targeting innocent citizens.
The source has added that it is strange that the parties of the JMP hold the government responsible and accuse it of failing in its duties when it enjoys patience and self-restraint towards acts of those sabotage secessionist elements.
He said it was supposed that those parties would stand by the state and the people and condemn those acts of violating the constitution and the law and confronting them, instead of finding excuses for those acts and continue feeding them in order to drag the homeland into conflict, division and violence.
The GPC source has said it is the right to political parties to exercise their democratic right in the frame of the constitution and the law but not in the way harming the homeland’s unity, security and stability and not by encouraging criminal acts and finding excuses or them.
