By: almotamar.net - TAIZ- Independent presidential candidate Ahmed al-Majeedi accused the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP)'s presidential candidate Faisal Bin Shamlan of not believing in the unification. When Bin Shamlan talks about the unification after it has been established for 16 years, it means he doesn't believe in it at all, al-Majeedi added.
In a rally held Wednesday in Taiz governorate, al-Majeedi made it clear those who describe people as not being in favor of the unification don't want the unification.
With regard to services, al-Majeedi stated the Mocha port has been ignored despite its role in the world trade.
In a statement to almotamar.net, al-Majeedi said the head of his electoral campaign, Mohammed al-Materi, stated the electoral campaigns will be suspended as the Supreme Commission for Elections and Referendum (SCER) refused to pay the rest of the campaign's allowances. "We will not hold any electoral rally if the SCER doesn't fulfill its financial obligations," he added.
For his part, al-Materi noted that preparations for the Taiz rally were done before the suspension decision was made.
