The organizationís indicator depends on specialized studies and opinions of experts in efforts of combating corruption and accomplishments in this regard, in addition to the commercial surveys and indicators of the investment environment.
Transparency International indicator is considered an American one depending on statements related to corruption and reflecting opinions of businessmen and analysts.
The first indicator issued by Transparency International was in 1995.
