In the name of the election leadership in the governorate of Ibb and in the name of the sons of the green governorate we tell him welcome to Ibb of fertility, and growth, Ibb of the good and loyalty.
Mr. President, these large throngs of people and great masses have come from all parts of the governorate of Ibb, from its mountains and green valleys to say Yes to Ali Abdullah Saleh, Yes to security and stability, Yes to the unity, democracy and development and also to say to the rancorous, hypocrites and the ingrate what an evil you say! , all over the homeland there are many developmental accomplishments achieved in the era of president Ali Abdullah Saleh and cannot be denied but by the rancorous or an ingrate, the ingratitude and rancor have blinded their sight and insight. These sweeping masses have come to tell candidates of he Joint Meeting Parties, the declared and the hidden and the parties that nominated them: where is the despotism the talk about it is repeated in your election festivals while you are partners and participants in the parliamentary elections our people have experienced over sixteen years and today you participate in the presidential and local councils elections, you practice the freedom of expression in whatever comes to your mind, of falsity and falsification of facts and your press is full of whatever insolent that is rejected by the masses of our people?
Is it not enough for you what you talk of despotism and autocracy or that your historical heritage is the one that governs you and motivates your acts? Here we say that every jar oozes what liquid it contains. We tell them as they try to delude the people by bringing false figures and deny what has been implemented of the five-year plan; some economic indicators in the period of 1995-2005 prove your deceit. The Gross Domestic Product increased from 511 billions in 1995 to 3000 billion riyals in 2005. The individual per capita share of the GDP rose from 124 thousand riyals to 151 thousand riyals for the same period and the volume of investment it had raised from 113 billion riyals to 664 billion riyals. As for the size of monetary reserve it had risen from 300 million dollars to 6.5 billion dollars. All those accomplishments are for the period 1995-2005 expose your allegations that the five-year plan did not achieve anything and that the people are living in a situation worse than they were 43 years ago.
As for the material accomplishments: schools, roads, urban construction and agricultural and industrial development they are clear and can be seen and the citizen can never accept your falsification, you the rancorous and liars. You have talked very much on corruption and converted every development and progress to corruption but we will ask you where the money of the orphans and jewels of the widows that the companies of Al-Mumkith, al-Sanabil and Sea Fish had gone? As for these huge masses they tell you instead of the president Ali Abdullah Saleh that without the president there would not have been achieved the security and stability, and had not been for Ali Abdullah Saleh development projects would not have been built, that the governorates of the republic are having very many of them. These masses are telling you that without Ali Abdullah Saleh the unity would not be achieved and those who call for apostasy and separation would have not been defeated, had it not been for Ali Abdullah Saleh democracy would not have grown and flourished, the democracy under whose shadow we live and enjoy its freedoms.
You who deny and have the audacity to become insolent regarding the leader of the homeland and the symbol of its sovereignty and independence, you will not be able to disparage his glory and history. You are like that who hits a rock with his head to weaken it, but smashed his head instead.
Mr. president, we in the governorate of Ibb tell them to die out of their rancor, go on tell your lies and deny every accomplishment that has been implemented before your eyes, the rancor has blinded your eyesight and insight.
We tell the candidate of the rancorous JMP you have chosen for yourself to put on clothes made for you by those who you do not belong to them and you have no relationship with them but you accepted to wear the attires of the Islah, the YSP, Al-Haq party, Union of Forces and the Nasserite, so with what fashion will you rule the country? God forbid!
Mr. president we promise you in the name of the brave governorate of Ibb, its men, women, elderly and youth that on the day of 20th September of the revolution and republic we promise you to say Yes and thousands of Yes to the president Ali Abdullah Saleh, it will be said by more than one million voters with sweeping majority. It is the day when the rancorous and deceivers will take the cups of defeat.
