Almotamar.En - Sana'a – General People's Congress ( GPC ) and National Democratic Alliance Parties ( NDAP ) held a consultative meeting on Saturday to follow up closely about what have been achieved of GCC initiative and its operational mechanism regarding to peaceful transfer of power and settlement in Yemen .
The meeting stressed on the National role of both GPC's and NDAP's and highly appreciated shared attitudes between them to overcome all challenges and the difficult circumstances the country face during the crisis,
At the meeting , both GPC and NDAP , considered 27 -February – 2013 , is 1st anniversary of power peaceful transfer that basically depends on democratic rules . The GPC and NDAP considered this occasion reflects the reality of the promise for change in Yemen which basically depends on the embodiment of both two principles , the democratic principle for peaceful transfer of power in Yemen, and principle of change to build new modern state .
The consultative meeting confirmed to work together with other National Parties and Political figures to support all efforts to succeed the National Dialogue Conference ( NDC ) and complete the peaceful process of transfer power according to United Nation Security Resolution no ( 2014 ) and (2051 ) and GCC initiative and its operational mechanism.
