almotamar.net - President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi attended on Wednesday a celebration marking the conclusion of advanced and specialized security courses and the graduation of several batches of the Special Security Forces from specialized training courses.
At the ceremony, Interior Minister delivered a speech in which he pointed out that the ministry is striving to upgrade its tasks and duties to reach the high ranks of the aspirations and hopes that meet the needs of the nation and the community for safety, security, public tranquility and stability.
He stressed that the presidential decisions on restructuring of the police services have created a significant incentive and motivation to Interior Ministry and its various services in order to restore its sovereign role in maintaining the country’s security and stability.
For his part, the commander of the Special Security Forces, Major General Fadel al-Qausi addressed the ceremony, saying that the President’s orders and his continuous follow-up for holding these specialized courses have had significant impacts on the implementation of such training programs which rehabilitated a constellation of personnel of the Special Security Forces.
During the ceremony, A parade by the Special Security Forces with their weapons and armored vehicles was held. At the conclusion of the ceremony, prizes and certificates were handed over by President Hadi, the interior minister and the commander of the Special Security Forces to first graduates from these specialized training courses.
