Representatives of the General People's Congress, the National Democratic Alliance parties, Al-Rashad Union, and other women and civil society components signed the document.
President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi who attended the signature highly appreciated efforts exerted by all parties to reach a consensus on the document, affirming that this agreement is a victory for all Yemeni people.
He reaffirmed that this signature aimed to get Yemen out of its crises, pointing out that the major obstacle to successfully conclude NDC was overcome.
The president pointed out that the consensus and unity of Yemenis helped overcome all difficulties and challenges and maintain Yemen's security, stability and unity.
President Hadi further said that the Yemeni people look forward to witness fruitful outcomes of NDC and meet their prospects of having a modern Yemen in which all people enjoy law of order, justice and equality.
Representatives of NDC components who signed the document expressed their happiness for signing the document, emphasizing that it would lead to comprehensive and fair solutions for the South issue.
They also praised President Hadi's abilities and experience, pointing out that President Hadi exerted great efforts to reach a consensus.
