almotamar.net - Attorney General Ali Ahmed Nasser al-Awash met here on Wednesday with Culture Minister Abdullah Awbl to return seven archaeological swords that have been stolen from the Sana’a National Museum.
During the meeting, the Attorney General confirmed the importance of the archaeological swords and the importance of returning them to the National Museum in order to be available for promoting Yemen’s historical heritage.
He asked the Ministry of Culture to activate the law of Antiquities for saving the country’s historical and cultural wealth.
For his part, the Culture Minister praised the efforts of the Attorney General in the case as well as all specialists in the Attorney General's office and Interior Ministry.
