Head of the Judicial Inspection at the Ministry of Justice, Dr. Abdullah Farwan, told almotamar.net that the committees will release a report on the light of their visiting the prisons.
Every year the president directs concerned authorities to release insolvent inmates who had served 3/4 the imprisonment term. Last year, 1,382 inmates were released
