Al-Shater renewed his affirmation on the physical liquidation threat he received on Tuesday evening by al-Ahmar due to a poem published by the newspaper under the title �He Who Disavows Grace�.
�I have decided to submit an official complaint to the attorney general, including concrete evidence that proves the threat I received from al-Ahmar,� al-Shater said.

Statements of condemnation followed incessantly the threat of al-Ahmar against al-Shater. A number of journalists described the threat against al-Shater as disgraceful behavior and terrorist inclination and reckless act.
�We do denounce this misdemeanor that bears evil intentions that don�t only threat the life of Hassan al-Shater, but pose a threat to security, stability, and peace as well,� journalists� statement reads. They called on all journalists to stand united against such threats.
On the same front, journalists of al-Thawra newspaper condemned the physical liquidation threat against al-Shater. In their statement, they stated using threats is a clear violation of the law and contradicts the democratic atmosphere Yemen is experiencing.
The editorial staff of 22 May newspaper denounced the death threat leveled at al-Shater, expressing concern on the real danger he would face after such threats, and calling on the security authorities to provide protection for him.
