Saffir Company commenced on Tuesday the management of the oil facilities of Sector 18 in Marib which had been submitted by the American company Hunt to the Ministry of Oil and Minerals.
The hand-over took place late on Monday and lasted all the night, in presence of Deputy Minister of Oil and Minerals and officials of Hunt Company, according to local sources.
The Oil and Minerals Labor Union expressed its approval to the governmental procedures for receiving all production, export and exploration processes of Sector 18 from Hunt with whom the partnership contract expired on Monday.
