By: almotamar.net - SANA'A- The shareholders of al-Sanabel and al-Noor companies that are linked to al-Manqadh company have not settled their differences with these companies as yet. Abdullah al-Aqqab, head of the Sharehodlers' Rights Committee in Ibb, told almotamar.net that head of the companies' settlement committee Abdullah al-Humeidi has referred the shareholders to his deputy and head of the financial committee, Fakhri al-Rabahi. They only promise the shareholders to settle their problems but not settle them, justifying accounts of compensations haven't completed. "Five years have elapsed and they couldn't pay out compensations to the shareholders," al-Aqqab wondered.
He demanded the committee pay the available amount of YR 140 million to the shareholders.
Islahi leaderships established al-Manqadh Co during 1994 and 1997 and bled its shareholders dry.
YR 1.8 billion had been taken from the public treasury to compensate the shareholders.
