The SCER told almotamar.net it had yesterday approved the timetable for holding the presidential and local by-elections in the 5 out of 330 districts and the 80 out of 5620 polling centers, scheduled in the mid of next December. The SCER has for this purpose entrusted its specialized sectors and general secretariat to begin necessary measures to carry out those elections.
