Jamil Jadabi almotamar.net - SANAA-It is scheduled that the Supreme Commission for Elections and Referendum (SCER), to call in mid of next December the electors in Yemen to go to poll in 5 districts and 80 polling stations to by-elections elections in those centers and constituencies where it was not possible to hold local councils elections Yemen experienced on 20 of last September in coincidence with the presidential elections.

The SCER told almotamar.net it had yesterday approved the timetable for holding the presidential and local by-elections in the 5 out of 330 districts and the 80 out of 5620 polling centers, scheduled in the mid of next December. The SCER has for this purpose entrusted its specialized sectors and general secretariat to begin necessary measures to carry out those elections.
