of nonaligned nations that is being held in Kuala Lumpur.

of nonaligned nations that is being held in Kuala Lumpur.

The information minister Hussein Daifullah al-Awadi, the head of Yemeni delegation, briefed that Yemen was elected by the Asian group
because of the Yemeni active role at the regional and international levels.

In the conference, that would last till November 22, the information ministers would discuss a number of topics that strengthen the information cooperation among member states and the role of news agencies in nonaligned nationsin achieving and protecting common interests.

They also discussed the international directions and developments in terms of information and telecommunications.

In the conference that came after 8 years stopping, the ministers would also discuss some suggestions such as establishing a news information web including all member states.
