almotamar.net - SANAA- Deputy Governor of Ibb governorate, the head of the General People�s Congress branch in the governorate of Ibb Abdulwahid Salah was exposed Monday to an abortive attempted assassination in downtown Sana�a.

In a statement to almotamar.net from hospital in Sana�a Salah said while I was leaving the house of Qadi Ahmed al- Hajri yesterday evening an unidentified person attacked me with intensive gunshots from behind my back and hit me in the leg with a number of shots.
Mr. Salah denied having a dispute with any person or side. He said security apparatuses have to interrogate the attacker to know the causes and motives behind his crime.
