Mohammed al-Haidari almotamar.net - SANAA- A judicial source revealed of ongoing arrangements between Sana�a and Riyadh for the handover of Saudi nationals after a Yemeni court had acquitted them from a charge of affiliation to al-Zarqawi cell. The five Saudis are among 19 persons the Yemeni court acquitted from that charge.
The specialized court of appeals confirmed on the 4th of this month the primary verdict of acquittal of 19 defendants from planning to launch terrorist attacks aimed at Americans and Yemenis in Sana�a, among them the 5 Saudis while it condemned them on charges of fraud and considered the two years they spent in prison as sentence for that charge.
The source told almotamar.net that handover of Majid al-Zahrani, Mohammed al-Qarashi, Saad al-Bloushi, Mohammed al-Qahtrani and Muhsin Baleed will be arranged in two days, elucidating that the Yemeni foreign ministry asked the Saudi embassy in Sana�a to set up a committee to receive them according to the agreements signed by the two countries.
