Almotamar.net - SANA�A A Sana�a appeals court has given a short period of time that ends next Sunday to14 terror suspects charged with forming an armed gang to target Americans and security institutions, so that the rest of them can offer their appeal petitions with regard to judgments issued by the first instant court..
In a session held today chaired by Judge Saeed al-Qatta, the second suspect submitted an appeal petition with regard to the fist instant court that sentenced him to five years in prison, whereby he asked the court to nullify the verdict. The sixth suspect submitted his appeal petition demanding the verdict of the first instant court be nullified and set him free. The rest of the suspects asked for postponing the session so that they can submit their appeal petitions.
The first instant socialized court has convicted the 14 suspects of forming an armed gang to target Americans, ministry of interior, bolitical security, counterterrorism department, and Taj Sheba hotel through exblosive belts. The suspects are
