By: Ameen al-Katheeri - RIYADH- Yemeni ambassador to Saudi Arabia Mohammed al-Ahwal told almotamar.net that President Ali Abdullah Saleh selected Saudi Kingdom as “his first foreign motion after he was reelected president of Yemen.”
Joint issues between the two countries like Palestine, Iraq and counter-terrorism will figure at Saleh’s talks with the Saudi leadership, al-Ahwal noted.
The results of the ministerial conference held in Sana’a in preparation for donor’s conference will be put forward at the London donor conference that will be held on Nov. 15 and 16.
The Yemeni delegation to the donor’s conference includes President’s Saleh Political advisor Abdul-Karim al-Eryani, State’s minister Abdullah al-Basheri, minister of foreign affairs and expatriates Abu Bakr al-Qirbi, and other high-ranking officials, according to al-Ahwal.
