Almotamar.net - SANAA-the Sons of Yemen League Party (RAY), one of Yemeni opposition parties, praised President Ali Abdullah Saleh’s policy with regard to the local authority he mentioned in his speech on Sunday in Aden. The RAY considered that pursuit and the platform the president had announced as an unprecedented qualitative transfer and rather one of the pillars for the consolidation and preservation of the national unity. The party also deemed that pursuit as forming one of the most important foundations of the unity viable to continuation and a barrier against fragmentation and division.

A press release issued by the party fully welcomed what has been mentioned in president Saleh’s speech during his meeting with the elected heads and members of the local councils in the governorates of Aden, Lahj, Abyan, and Dhalie on Sunday.
