Almotamar.net- - SANA'A- President Ali Abdullah Saleh welcomed today the American investments in Yemen, affirming Yemen will offer all facilities and attention to them.
In a meeting with the American commercial delegation, Saleh said Yemen's development strategy pays much attention to the economic development and creating investment environment that is encouraging for businessmen. Yemen is keen to make a real economic partnership with the United States, he said.
For his part, head of the American delegation David M. Beasley, who is former South Carolina Governor , said Yemen has promising factors in the field of investment, adding that indicators in Yemen are positive and good sign of a prosperous future.
The American delegation briefed President Saleh on the results of their talks with the Yemeni officials regarding the enhancement of economic and commercial cooperation between Yemen and America, as well as their participation in the conference called �Yemen and the Global Economy.�
