He said we are now before a report mentioning that we have to deal with issues of the woman as necessity and there is a difference between necessity and chance.
On the woman progress in the Arab world he said the main problem is not in the woman herself but rather in what he described as cultural and educational backwardness of the woman towards herself. rhea prime minister stressed the importance of the report as being one of the major constituents of a human dialogue that mist be broad and strong heading mainly to examine the tangible realities and then the clear confrontation. He also affirmed that democracy is the broad frame through we can hold dialogue. And that we are still at a stage using the woman for electing the man. How the Kuwaiti woman stood in elections against herself and reminding that the Yemen women union demanded him in the elections to work for allowing them run elections as a party rather than follower.
