Jamil al-Jadabi(almotamar.net) - SANA'A- 309 members of the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) who were tasked with observing the September elections in the Capital Secretariat have not received their payments for three months now.
JMP members told almotamar.net that the JMP leaderships had already promised to give the observers 25,000 riyals each in return for their observing the elections, but no one has received any riyals.
A spokesman of the observers, who asked not to mention his name, said assistant secretary general of the Islah Party has referred their complain to Mr. Ibrahim al-Haer, adding the JMP leaderships have not pay their dues that amount to 8 million riyals.
Mr. Abdu al-Janadi, head of information sector at the SCER, said the budget of the SCER doesn't include any dues for these or other observers.
"The SCER has nothing to do with the such dues," he added.
