Almotamar.net - SANA'A- A Ministry of Finance report expected the state's general expenditures would increase to one trillion, 179 billion and 952 million riyals, with an increase estimated at 3 billion, 526 million riyals comparing to last year.
The report said the salaries and wages represented 30 percent of the total expenditures.
The report noted the capital and investment outlays decreased this year by 0,47 percent, which is 108 million riyals comparing to last year. The expidetures on the government's share in the capital decreased by 5,14 percent, which is 2 billion and 966 million riyals.
