Al-Anesi added concerned authorities in Yemen are determined to help some terrorists get married, in an effort to create the social stability these terrorist lack, considering this method would lead to social harmony and help terrorists not turn to their former belief.
This came during al-Manama Dialog Conference that concluded yesterday. During the conference, al-Anesi reviewed Yemen's strategy in dealing with elements joining terrorist groups through establishing a dialog committee that includes a constellation of enlightened religious scholars.
Al-Anesi further made mention of some strict measures taken to combat terrorism and eliminate its roots. These measures include canceling religious institutions and integrating them into the system of the ministry of education, organizing campaigns to raise awareness on the dangers of terrorism in mosques, in addition to shutting down non-government Islamic schools.
