almotamar.net - Mareb, Yemen- Secretary-General of Mareb Local Council Jaber bin Ali Shabwani on Sunday denied news reported by some media instruments on occurrence of explosion in the courtyard of historical Balqis Throne Temple in the governorate, describing it as groundless.

The Yemeni news agency has quoted Shabwani as saying no explosion happened at the temple courtyard or the areas around it, expressing his regret for publishing this incorrect news by some media without prior inquiring the concerned authorities.

Mr. Shaabwani considered this incorrect news as deforming the stable security situations the governorate is experiencing and the tourism movement it is witnessing to see the outstanding historical landmarks of the Yemeni ancient civilization.
