almotamar.net - The president of the republic Ali Abdullah Saleh urged the concerned sides to urge investors the project already announced for whether in the area of investment or others. The president affirmed the importance of implementation of such strategic projects due to their importance for accommodating the largest amount of workforce and contribution to reducing the proportion of unemployment as well as meeting the need of the market from products of such factories.

The president also gave directives to the concerned parties and investors on the necessity of absorbing the Yemeni labour to such projects provided that seeking help foreign expertise should be confined to just direct rare technical specialties that is not available in Yemen.

That came during his visit on Monday to a cement factory project affiliate of the Arab company for cement industry in the city of Mukala, the governorate of Hadramout. The president acquainted himself with progress of the project implementation progress. The project is implemented by the Chinese Sinoma Engineering company that began its work in the mid of last year.
