Almotamar Net - The parliament on Sunday approved its agenda for this month, paying attention to report by the committee of trade and industry regarding fact-finding about causes of scarcity of scarcity of basic food stiffs and their high prices.

On Monday the parliament is to discuss the report of the same committee on its field visits for getting acquainted with reality of investment and hindrances facing investors in addition to the events in Saada.

The session also discussed performance of members of parliament. The members of parliament approved a meeting minutes the parliament chairmanship held with heads of standing committees and heads of parliamentary blocs on taking measures against MPs who are frequently absent from committees meetings and general sessions. Measures prevent those MPs from taking part in field visits and delegations going abroad as well as publishing their names in media and deduction from their financial allowances in favor of MPs who are always present.
The parliament fixed the hour for beginning the general sessions at 10:00 am instead of 9:00 am.
