The decision came after a discussion in which the Islah's Member of Parliament Abdulrazzaq al-Hajri said the killed ones from the armed forces and the Houthis are Yemenis and demanded the formation of a committee from the parliament for conducting investigation into the matter and to mediate between the two parties. He confirmed that the one who stages mutiny against the legal authority should be punished and the parliament must take a disciplinary resolution against him after the subject is clarified.
Another Islah MP Mohammed al-Hazmi refused that the parliament builds a stand according to press information on Saada events. He added what is happening in Saada of killing is not permissible legally, saying the killing of armed forces members while in their positions is not allowed and also it is not allowed to frighten the citizens.
Parliament deliberations ended with approving suggestion by the deputy speaker Yahya al-Raee of writing summoning letter to the concerted governmental sides to present information on the events.
