The constitutional committee at the parliament quoted chairman of the national committee Dr Mustafa Bahran as confirming that Yemen accession to that agreement demonstrates the good will of the country before the international community in keeping international security and peace, indicating at the same time to no harm in not joining the agreement.

Report of the parliamentary Committee which was presented at the parliament on Tuesday recommended that the government should commit to provide the parliament with signed agreements immediately after signing them. It was an implied criticism for the government delay to submit the nuclear agreement until March 20005 dispute approval of the cabinet on joining it in its decision number 282 in 2001.
