Almotamar.net - In a meeting chaired by President Ali Abdullah Saleh Thursday, the National Defense Council discussed reconsideration of Yemen's relatio9ns with some countries in the light of their stands and interference in Yemen affairs.
The meeting attended by the vice-president and members of the Higher Security Committee also studied many national, regional and international developments that concern Yemen and our Arab and Islamic nation. The meeting tackled a number of issues and subjects on its agenda and those related to following up the implementation of the Council's previous meeting.
The National Council listened to a report on outcomes of a meeting between Abdulaziz Abdilghani, chairman of the Shoura Council and Ali Mohammed Al-A'nisi, director of the presidency office the head of the National Security Apparatus with a number of Yemeni political parties and organizations leaders during which they were informed on developments of the situations in some areas pf the governorate of Saada in the light of attacks and terrorist acts perpetrated by some terrorist and outlaw elements against the citizens and armed forces and security troops.
The Council affirmed anew the importance that al should undertake their national responsibilities versus those developments in the way serving security, stability and the higher national interest. The council also discussed a number of topics on its agenda and took decisions on them.
