almotamar.net - Yemen minister of justice Dr Ghazi Shaif al-Aghbari gave Saturday his directives for removing all illegal situations in the payrolls of the ministry's employees and courts of the republic completely and finally during this month and also specify those causing any delay to take legal measures against them as a result of negligence in carrying out decisions and instruction in this regard.

Deputy director general of relations and information Khalid Mohammed al-Dubais at the ministry clarified that the treatment includes ending cases of seconding services existing in payroll and the removal of cases of retired, dead and the sick with complete inability in addition to redistribution of the so-called "non-workers and surplus workforce" in accordance with existing needs at the ministry and the courts.

Instruction of the minister of justice is part of a series of measures for improving the performance of the employees at the ministry and courts after conducting a comprehensive survey and completion of pinpointing problems and difficulties facing the judicial work.
