Almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh called Sunday on cadres of the judicial power to shoulder their full responsibility because justice is `a charge on them and justice is in the head of the judge.

The president also warned against interference in judiciary affairs saying " the judges should keep away from mediations and those who play tricks o the legal law and order because there are so many fraudulent persons. Thus the judges should avoid them because the judges' authority is independent."

The president stressed on paying attention to commercial judiciary because the state is dealing with the external world rather than with a chamber of commerce in a governorate. he said to deal with the outside world in questions of marine environment, insurance, banks and ships and therefore the judges must be qualified and a judge should not be accepted to work in the commercial judiciary unless he speaks English fluently and the ministry of justice and the supreme court should recruit experts from sisterly or friendly countries if necessary in order to qualify judges in this area.
The president's remarks came in an address the president gave on Sunday at the ceremony held by the Higher Institute for Judiciary on the occasion of the graduation of batch 12 of the Institute's students.
President Saleh also said " We give the judicial power all attention and care and made it independent out of our belief in the separation of the executive, legislative and judicial powers , and that exists on the ground."
