almotamar.net - Trans Globe Company for energy has announced the preliminary results of its drilling in oil sector 1 in block 72 in Yemen where the company obtained 33% of the total shares of the block.

This is the first well the company digs in block 72 in a ground extent (D-3). The company has tested the areas of Qash and Niva where there were indications of its success.

Digging that well in block 72 was part of its shares it obtained where there will be explorations and diggings in the second and third quarters of the year 2007. And because of these good results the company reduced dangers of explorations in the wells in the future. The company said it had enlisted the second well in its plan for the year 2007 that will be explored in the fourth quarter of the same year.
As for block 32 where its share has been 13.18% and announced, with its previous partners about new discoveries in (1-2-3) of block 32, it has already dug I it and its production now amounts to a rate of 10.500 barrels per day. It said it is using digging equipment to dig in a well adjacent to well Ghuada No. 5 which it says it will dig in the second quarter of the year 2007.
