almotamar.net - A security source said Friday the capital secretariat informed the organization committee in charge of organization of the Yemen Congregation for Reform Party (Islah)'s 4th general conference that the capital secretariat role will be confined to regulate traffic and outside protection of the conference venue.

The source that measure was because the party organizing the conference refused to provide security sides with names of delegates and invitees to the conference scheduled to convene Saturday 24 February 2007 in addition to not allowing security authority to enter the conference's hall.

The source told almotamar.net that securing the conference hall from inside and entrance doors and searching the participants and invitees will be the responsibility of the organization committee of the 4th conference of the Islah party.
