almotamar.net - Vice-President Abedrabeh Mansour Hadi has mad it clear that decision of president Ali Abdullah Saleh on the establishment of an independent committee for combating corruption does not mean reduction of the tasks shouldered by the Central Apparatus for Monitoring and Audit, adding that it is a general political direction of the state in the bid for combating coloration.

Attending the annual meting of the Central Apparatus on Saturday the VP praised the role of the Apparatus and said " We feel that the Apparatus has begun to have prestige among the government institutions though we feel that the process of financial and administrative corruption has become branching and developing with the development of science and knowledge and there must be enough awakening and keenness for the disclosure of all means however crooked they were.

The VP pointed out that full authorities granted to local councils and shrinking the central bodies add further tasks to the Apparatus in revising the level of implementation of investment programs in administrative units and also the task public property protection.

He concluded his address with fully approving what the report of the Apparatus contained of proposals and treatments it is implementing in its program, wishing all ever success in all their tasks.
