Representative of the general prosecution Saeed al-A'qil completed in the session of Saturday chaired by Qadi Najib al-Qadiri, the procedures after displaying evidence of the crime that are a private car plate of the stolen car, automatic gun, Belgium-made pistol that were with the accused Ahmed Hamza al-Aswad and Rajih Mohammed Mohammed Hadi.

The defendants asked the court to postpone the case until completing their defences but the court decided to fix next Saturday as the final date for deference.

On the other hand, at the session of the appeals section headed by Qadi Saeed al-Qata on the trial of 15 defendants accused of forging identity cards and passports for smuggling and hiding escapees from the political security prison, possession of explosives and weapons the accused presented an invalid letter for getting identity cards and passports they said they would cause no harm to any one or the state but the purpose was to facilitate crossing for Jihad as a result of what is happening in Iraq, Afghanistan and Chechnya. They requested abolishing the primary verdict and mitigate it and also to accept the challenge and release them.

The court decided to postpone the session until next Saturday to enable the prosecution to reply to the appeal of the accused.
